This website is operated by Bartlomiej Baran Ventures Limited under the Mitigon brand. Our Legal information page gives our registered office, company number, VAT number and contact details.

Enquiries and project agreements

Sending an enquiry does not place an order or create a project contract. Before work starts, we agree the scope, price, deliverables, responsibilities, data handling and any support in a separate agreement. Website examples do not commit us to a particular delivery date or result.

Illustrative examples

Example scopes, diagrams and sample outputs illustrate possible work. They are not completed client projects, testimonials or evidence of a particular vendor integration.

Free tools and reference material

The RPN calculator performs arithmetic and applies the thresholds you select. It does not decide whether a risk is acceptable or replace your approved procedures. Check the inputs, results and suitability before using them in your work.

Standards summaries are general information. Use the official texts and your qualified reviewers to assess applicability. References to Annex 11, Part 11 or GAMP 5 are not certifications or a guarantee of compliance.

Responsible use

Do not use the website to send spam, malicious material or information you are not entitled to share. Please keep confidential documents and other people’s personal data out of initial enquiries. Do not attempt to disrupt the website or bypass its security controls.

Website content belongs to us or its respective rights holders. You may link to the site and use its free tools for their stated purpose. Do not imply that Mitigon or another named organisation endorses your work.
